A vet puts down a dog and all her unborn pups because its owner couldn’t cough up the £1200 vet bill.
What the hell is that all about?! How could anyone have the HEART to do such a thing? There are other alternatives out there to prevent such things from happening and people need to know their rights and options: PDSA is a UK pet charity that will help families who cannot afford vet bills pay for their costs. Also, think about taking up dog insurance - they pay for vet bills and thats what they are there for. Organize a fundraiser. The SAFE project (Saving Animals from Euthanisia) is one such fundraising initiative.
We want you guys to know about this so this is going to be part of our campaign to raise awareness about improving animal welfare.
